ra_customer_interface & profile tables field definitions ????

Where can I find out the meanings of the fields defined in the various Oracle ra_customer tables particularly:

 ra_contact_phones_interface
 ra_customers_interface

Im trying to upload a customer file from the legacy system for the conversion
