Oracle Report Server

Hi!
I have Linux RedHat 7.2 + Oracle 9iAS Enterprise Edition I am trying to run report using following URL.

http://<my_web_server>/cgi-bin/rwcgi60?erver=my_report_server&report=test.rd f&userid=myuser/mypwd_at_mydb&destype=cache&desformat=PDF

and i get a report
AND
if i use HTML format then...

http://<my_web_server>/cgi-bin/rwcgi60?server=my_report_server&report=test.r df&userid=myuser/mypwd_at_mydb&destype=cache&desformat=HTML

and i get a report.
BUT .,.
if i use RTF format then...

http://<my_web_server>/cgi-bin/rwcgi60?server=my_report_server&report=test.r df&userid=myuser/mypwd_at_mydb&destype=cache&desformat=RTF

then i get
Error: The requested URL was not found, or cannot be served at this time. Oracle Reports Server CGI - The Reports Server Engine terminated abnormally.

Please let me know what to do to create reports in RTF formats.
