Oracle 8i CPU monitoring tool required!

Can someone tell us about any tools that can report what requests the CPU's are handleing, what application made the request, and how long it took to complete the request. If it can capture the information for latter inspection that would be great, but real-time only reporting will still help us greatly!
Also a tool that can tell us if it was from disk cache, or so on would be a great help also.
We already know about tools that can do all of this on Unix/Linux, but our server is a NT4 (w/ SP6), w/ Duel CPU's.
Any help, even as to places to look for more info is truly appreciated.
