You could use the DataBee software for this. It will pick up foreign keys as a matter of course and contains a number of tools to find, record and display relationships between tables. (column searching, relationship chains, whois-parent-of-what, etc).

Disclaimer: DataBee is not free (it is a commercial subset database cutting product) however you do get a 30 day free trial which should enable you to get done what you need to do.
