Oracle Warehouse Builder easy to use ?

Hi,
I've heared everything about OWB.
My system MUST be the easiest possible (only 1 person to administer
theENTIRE system).
The expertise with OWB tools is near 0, but the expertise in Data
Warehousing is great.
The size of the DW is between 2 and 5 go. (but there is some complexs rules)
The server is a bi-proc with 2 go of RAM. Is it enough for Oracle 8i + OWB + Oracle discoverer?
