Using TTITLE with Variables in SQL*Plus

How do you create variables (using NEW_VALUE) to store a value of an attribute from a specific table and then display that value in the title of a query using TTITLE?

Say if you want to display the contents of many attributes from various tables into TTITLE, how do you specify which attribute come from what table?
