Sorry to post this reply here, but I believe there was some misunderstanding of our pricing policies which I would like to correct.

The basic product doesn't cost $4k, it's just $250 and includes 25 objects license, and if you need more, you can get additional object licenses for a fair price of $5. It's Enterprise Edition that's $4k and it includes much more than just the basic 'tool for PL/SQL Server Pages' :).
