Forms 5.0.6.22 based application is slow on Win98 SE clients

Hi folks,
Our application was developed by Developer 2000 (Forms 5.5). It works fine all windows machines except Win 98 SE. The sypthom is the forms are extermly slow inside the application. The reports (made by Report Builder) and the direct queries from the sqlplus are fast. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
