FYI, Once you get to Designer Release 2 and above...6.0 and above for sure, you must go to the Design Editor to Reverse Engineer a database schema. You can hit the DB online or go against database script files. Also, on the note about the repository changing. 1.3.2 through 6.0 included many changes, but most can be easily overcome if need be. However, the jump to 6i introduced version control...big changes!
