Who can explain to me the command F_get_table_name_rowid( )

I have several reports that is returning invalid column name. The line read as follow:

x.rowid(+) = f_get_sotest_rowid(savadmt_key, 'ADMSTEST', 6)

error invalid colun name.

I am not sure what f-get_tablename_rowid does.

I did not write this script but I am trying to make it work.
