Marc,
Recently performed upgrade from Forms 4.5 to 6i (client/server running on NT). No particular problems upgrading the forms. However would note that the existing Forms runtime is being replaced by Oracle9iAS meaning that support for client/server deployment is being dropped by Oracle (in 2003 or 2006 for extended support I think). All furture versions will only deploy over internet/intranet with server executing the forms and sending output to client's browser. Therefore maybe worthwhile investigating this. (For your info little further changes are required to forms source code in order to allow execution by new Forms server software.)
