forms 6i server questions

I installed forms6i server on Windows 2000 After dealing with some configuration problems, I could run my old forms on my Intranet, but I'm having some little problems:

1. Although forms seems to work 'fine', SOMETIMES the mouse cursor doesn't show and it's difficult for the 'users' to work that way. any idea?
2. Some characters appear in the wrong way (they are replaced by other letters or symbols). I already check the NLS_DATE entry in the registry. does anyone know where else can I check these kind of setings?
3. Calling a form F1 from another open form F2, makes F1 "inherit" F2's menu. do you know if there is any environment variable or something I should change so that A does not "inherit" any menu at all?
