Where can I find Pro*C/C++ for Oracle 8.0.5

Hi,
we installed Oracle 8.0.5 for Win NT completely but were not able to
find Pro*C/C++.
It seems not to be part of the Oracle Client - unlike in 8.1.x.
We didn't find in in technet - oracle programmer.
Does anybody know where to find/download it?
