Forms6.0 Globals help!!!

Hi Forms6.0 Gurus,
We are upgrading system from forms 3.0 to forms 6i. In old system,
there are lots of Global variables, which were returned to the calling
menu ( Actually menu was a form, not SQL Menu). The globals were
retained and were available to the subsequently called forms.
This is not case in the new forms, since the "Menu" is actually the
web page.
Is there any way to retain the Globals?
