I would go to a good bookstore and look at the books in the Oracle section.
Also go to Oracle's web site www.oracle.com and look around. If you want examples of applications look at Oracle magazine. There are a couple of magazines at the Oracle web site.
Why don't you post a message with your background, why you want to learn Oracle, etc and we'll help you along.
