NT has been supported for a long time, 7.3, 8.0, 8i and 9i
are all supported and certified against NT 4.0 (sometimes, sp's
are required)
ME is quite new (and unstable, I hear...), so I would guess 8i/9i
to work with it, no certification done AFAIK.
Win98 may not be certified for 7.3 client, but does work
