Yeah of course because you are not automatically archiving the online redo log files Oracle has done.

alter database archive log start

for now
and change log_archive_start to true in init<sid>.ora

All those issues are dealt with in the available Oracle documentation. Please at least *try* to read it, before you start posting questions of a *very fundamental* nature here, or you will be soon ignored.
