Forms4.5 fnd_range_flex.define

This is a question for anyone who has extended Oracle Financial Applications (11.0.3) using Forms 4.5.

I'm building a form to do some GL inquiry. I have a query-find window that uses GL key flex ranges and have followed the documentation to the letter as far as I can tell. However, fnd_range_flex.define does not have any effect on the field/block it is setting up. The triggers, blocks, fields, and procedure call all look just like those in a form Oracle included in the Apps, but in my form, when you put the cursor on the field, nothing happens. The program unit is being called as it does everything else it is supposed to do.

Does anyone have some idea where I can look next? If not, first thing Monday morning I'm going to start reinventing the wheel -- bummer.

Also, if anyone knows of documentation on the app_folder library, I'd love to see it. They want folder functionality in this form, too.
