you need to upgrade your java version to 1.1.6+ but lower than 2.x

make sure the new java is in your PATH and make sure the new classes.zip is in your CLASSPATH.

WWW.JAVASOFT.COM let know if if you figure out how to get the oracle software packager to work with programs like forms 6i. as for now i can only find components for oracle 8i but i need to distriubte the client software not the server software.
