Oracle Designer and FK's

[Quoted] I've used a number of other Case tools in the past where in relating table A [Quoted] to table B, the CASE tool would insert a column in Table B with the PK of A [Quoted] as an FK.
[Quoted] I'm just starting to use Oracle Designer, I've created this type of relation, the relations show up but nothing in the 2nd tables list of attributes.
Are the FK's there but just not visible, is there some trick that I've missed or do I need to add the FK columns. I noticed that there is no Insert FK in the table setups.
