In the Design Editor you can do a "capture design of server model"and grab your tables from a database or from scripts. You'll want to bring in the tables that provide foreign keys before you bring in the tables that need foreign keys - just as you would if you were creating them in the database. Designer has a few little quirks. If you create a new trigger on a table, before you reverse engineer it into Designer, get rid of all the triggers for that table in the repository then reverse engineer all of them including the new one.
