OpenSource web interface to oracle with perl backend

Does anyone know of an OpenSource web interface to oracle with perl backend.
We are thinking of using extropia, which appears to be what you need but we
want to see if there is anything else.  Our goal is to find something that
keeps us from having to rebuild an interface for every oracle related
application that we build.

This is our requirements:
Opensource provides simple configuration to build an interface
Able to quickly build (few hours or loss) a CRUD (create, retrieve, update,
delete) interface to oracle
Perl backend that allows us to easily customize and/or add in business rules
