Report 6 Parameters - Help please

Can anyone tell me how to save (and reuse) parameters in Reports Runtime?

For example, when I call a report from Forms 6, I pass along parameters that are displayed in the Parameter Form of the Report before it is executed. Then, when I preview the report and want to generate it into a PDF document, the Parameter form show up again but all the fields are blank.
