Depends to some extent on the database version. I cannot find anything in the 8.1.x manual to suggest that only one version will work. Most of the proC code is forwardly compatible. The issue could be the Oracle .dlls that you are using. There is a strong coupling between the Forms engine and the proC eg IAF GET and IAF PUT. Presumably, if you relink your code with the appropriate libraries, the world is a better place.
