It seems to me it won't install -- they only support NT configuration. I get to the point where the Repository 6i Administration Utility is up and running, but it won't install the repository. All I get is an error message (after clicking on Install button):

WARNING: Oracle with Enterprise Edition option is not present.

Retry Repository installation after re-installing this option.'

I am using 8i Personal Edition.

So I suppose your options are: downgrading your OS, waiting for new Oracle version, or getting some other tool (I suppose we do the latter).
