OEM job failing on file ouput

Hi,
I'm running Oracle Enterprise Manager 2.1.0.1.0 on Win 2000 and every job I schedule fails with an error like:
"The system cannot find the file specified.
couldn't open "C:/Transfer/IMPORT.LOG: no such file or directory" or
"couldn't open "C:/WINNT/TEMP/10882604.log: no such file or
directory"
Any insight would be much appreciated.
