Forms 3 to GUI Forms Conversion

I have a problem.
Approximately, 200 Forms30 forms (originally generated from CASE 5.0) to convert to Forms 6i.
The forms haven't been modified too much from the generated format. Possible Conversion routes
Forms 3 to Forms 6i
Forms3 to Forms6i to Designer6i

The main problems seem to be the canvas type (always Content Canvas) and the Prompt information
The canvas type may be modified by a single update statement. The prompt information can be derived from the boilerplate information from the Forms 30 tables.

Questions:
What's the easiest way to frig the Developer 6i tables with the Prompt/boilerplate information taken from the Forms 3 tables? What's the easiest way to frig the Designer 6i tables/views with the Prompt/boilerplate information taken from the Forms 3 tables? Received on Sat Nov 25 2000 - 03:42:16 CET
