It's on TechNet. You need an account, signup is free.

Go to technet.oracle.com.
Click on "Software" on the left side of the page. On the "Select a utility or driver" button, select Oracle JDBC drivers. This will take you to the appropriate download page. Choose the "thin" drivers (100% java). From memory, I think you need both the classes12.zip and nls*.zip files. Received on Sat Nov 18 2000 - 20:13:49 CET
