PORTAL - Session Storage API - where?

Hi, I'm trying to find out if the session storage api, wwsto_api_session,
which is documented in the Portal PDK (Oracle website), actually exists yet.
We are using Portal30 - early adopter - on NT. The other api's are
available, but I can't find wwsto_api_session anywhere. Since this product
is pre-production, I can't get an answer from Oracle on it.
Has anyone found this api?
