WebDb --> .pdf files

I am using WebDb to provide Oracle database access for the various office we have. Aside from a few quirks, it seems to be doing the job in most cases.
The problem is that in a few cases, a rigid format must be followed which can be printed (for example, mailing labels generated from data in the database).
Is there a product, procedure, or approach that would allow me to create .pdf files dynamically from data within the database?
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
