How to show environment in Forms?

[Quoted] I have created an application using Dev2k Release 2.1 against an Oracle DB (8.0.5) that resides on a Sun Solaris box. My dilema is that I would like to see, when using my app the INSTANCE NAME, IP ADDRESS, and HOST NAME that I am logged on to during my session using my application. I have several databases that I connect to (Developement DB and Production DB) and it would be nice to see in my App which one I am connect to.
