Versions, please, and platform. Are you on Windows 3.1, 3.11 (aka WfW), Win'95 or WinNT 3.51?
Other platforms have never been supported, let alone be certified. Good chance there's nothing else to do than install 1.3.2 (IF you can get it) and hope you can upgrade you application
