Portal EA - Tabs inside tabs no refreshing

I have a page with main tabs and additional tabs inside those. If I choose a tab from the top, the tabs in the bottom appear, but without contect. Once I navigate to another tab in that level (bottom), the content appers.

(Using Portal 3.0.6 - EA in NT 4.0 and 8.1.6)

Any ideas on this behaviour?
