We are using Access to connect to an Oracle database, and are having some problems and was wondering if someone else was encountering the same ones. The database is very large, and if left alone for 3-4 minutes, the database becomes unaccessible and gives ODBC errors, i.e.
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied. (#1017) [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed (#0)
This database requires user logon and the user logins with a correct username and password. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated.
