Oracle DBA

Location: Alexandria, VA
Minimum skills required: experience in creating and maintaining the database structure, maintaining database user accounts and security, implementing backup solutions for Oracle Databases,performance tuning and maintenance
(system upgrades), andabove mentioned with 8i and HP UNIX. Skills that are
a plus: experience with application servers using Java. The Oracle DBA will be responsible for maintaining Oracle database by ensuring the latest proven version are being used and will work to ensure database meets the requirements of the client.
