With java: sure
With pl/sql: as Oracle does it in webdb: adjust width and height of gifs
filled with a single color -> allows only bar graphics
With pl/sql and predefined Java applets: look at www.ve.com and check
Kavachart and the predefined graphic types -> a lot of business charts (pie,
bar, line...)
