Thanks guys - appreciate the input. The company I work for has just paid big $$$ for the complete OEM suite, and of course I'll be expected to have it installed and working as it was intended. The automated features OEM has will be particularly usefull I'm sure. But I did find that for most of my day to day needs TOAD does suffice, and DBArtisan seems like a very powerfull product as well as easy to use, I haven't tried the Embarcadero Rapid SQL yet, which the sales rep at Embarcadero told me was more like TOAD than DBArtisan. OEM in comparison seems to be very "spread out" for lack of a better term, not to mention very slow when running on my NT workstation. We have an Oracle rep on site today to discuss the implementation of OEM, so I will put these exact questions to him as well.
