WebDB: URL Upper/Lower Case problem

We have a WebDB Site Schema where we have been uploading out static HTML

pages along with any of the referenced gif and jpg files.

This Works:
http://Server:3300/wdbctx/testsite/docs/images/LOGO.GIF

This does NOT work any more:
http://Server:3300/wdbctx/testsite/docs/images/logo.gif

This was working great with a URL of
http://Server:3300/wdbctx/testsite/docs/images/logo.gif either using the full URL on the location in a browser or referenced in a WebDB Static webpage stored by the Site Builder as "../images/logo.gif."

This has stopped working. All the images are blank. We have noticed that if we specify the filename in UPPER CASE, it works. In LOWER CASE it does not work.

I am sure it must be a change in a setting somewhere but know one knows where to look.

Does anyone have any idea what can cause this to happen?

We are currently using WebDB 2.2.0.0.5 installed as a cartridge under OAS 4.0.8.1., 64-bit Sun Solaris OS, Connected to: Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.5.0.0, 64-bit - Production.
