Finally I solved it, but not thanks to Oracle or any other resource in the internet, i post this question in a thousand lists and nobody answer, ok, the way I solved it was switching client software from 8.1.5 to 8.0.5, yes I downgrade my client software and now everything is working just fine, I know this is not the best solution but at least it solved my problem.
