Place to shortcut on the desktop, one for production, one for testing in the shurtcut/proporties/target box you put the strings

Production:
ifrun60.EXE d:\appl\myapp.fmx username/password_at_production

Testing:
ifrun60.EXE d:\appl\myapp.fmx username/password_at_testing

then of course you have to define the proper connection to the two databases in TNSNAMES.ORA
