ANY TIPS for installing PO8i and Developer 6/Forms 6i?

Hi,
I want to download
- Oracle8i Personal Edition on NT
- Developer Release 6.0 for Windows NT or [Quoted]
- Oracle Forms developer/server Release 6i for Windows NT
for self-training. Does No. 3 (Forms developer 6i) have all the components in No. 2 (Developer 6.0), like reports, procedure builder, etc? From the name itself (Forms developer 6i), it seems it only has Forms. Am I right? Which one is better for a new starter, No. 2 or No. 3?
If you have installed 1 and 2, or 1 and 3 successfully, could you tell me the steps about installation/configuration I should follow?
