Jef,
 Release 1 of Developer 2000 includes Forms 4.5 and Reports 2.5.  Release 2 of Dev2k includes Forms 5.0 and Report 3.0.

These are to two OCP tracks available right now. Oracle has not completed the OCP test for Developer 6.0 (Forms/Report 6.0). I recommend you test for Release 2. Otherwise, you will be facing 2 additional tests to upgrade your OCP to Developer 6.0.
