Oracle .pll file

Hi

I am using Report Builder 6.0.5.28.0, I want to attach a pll file called inv.pll. Whenever I try to attach the file I got this message

  Attached Library Name
  C:\ORAWIN95\TOOLS\OPEN60\PLSQLLIB\inv.pll contains   a non-portable directory specification.   Remove path ?

      Yes No

 if I press 'yes' attaching the library and after save and exit. If I open aging there is no attaching library.

 If I press 'No' it is attached and saved. After running in Oracle Application Concurrent programing I got this error

  MSG - 0099 MFG_REQUIRED_VALUE (entity=specific item)   REP - 1419 'pl/sql before report : Program aborted

I am not disturb any of the before report section. I just modified two properties only. Before changing properties it is working fine.

Pl. do the needful asap.
