Parameter Form for Reports 2.5 Runtime

Question: Whenever I try to execute a report (in motif mode) with r25runm, the parameter form appears on the screen, but I have to use the scroll bars to see the entire Parameter Form or stretch it out so it's the right size. The Parameter form itself is the correct size (I set it inside the navigator properties for the report). Has anyone else seen this problem and is there a way to fix it ?

Along the same line, is there a way to set the size of the report runtime window. As with the Parameter Form it comes up smaller than what it is defined as. I have to stretch it out to view the entire window.

Is this the way Reports was intended to run ?
