Access and products likes Oracle, SQl Server don't have the same goal at
all.
Access is a personal database, it can work for small business too.
The relational database server work from small business to huge companies.
As I already wrote, it's not really hard, it's just different concepts and
goal.
The book is 'Oracle Unleshead'. I bought it 4 years ago and I don't know if
a more recent version exist. It is about the concepts of the Oracle
database, designer/2000, developer/2000 rel 4.5 (forms, report, graph),
powerobject, and the use of third party developement tools on oracle
database. A good introduction.
