Designer Tutorial Error-BPM0D60.exe

Trying to work through the Designer Tutorial Lesson 1 Get to the section for Adding a Flow, a trigger and an outcome. Trying to add a flow to the process diagram, I click on the create flow button. Then I click on the Add new Product to the Menu process step,then click on the Publish Menu on the Web process step and the Create Flow Dialog box appears.
I then click on OK to close the dialog box and add the flow to the diagram(Step 4). I then get the Dr Watson Error:

An application error has occurred and a application log is being generated. BPM0D60.exe. Exception access violation(Oxc0000005). Address(0x0041dcda).

Running Oracle 8.0.5.0.0
Oracle Designer Release 6.0
Oracle Developer & Server 6.0(Export)
Oracle Preconfigured Respository

All on for MS Windows NT 4.0
