I try the demos ORDImage, with Oracle 8i 8.1.5 I have write a procedure write an image form external file to database tabe ...

error: ORA-28575: unable to open RPC connection to external procedure

In TNSNAMES.ORA or LISTENER.ORA I can'T find any error.
