Forms client dies. Help!!!

We've got a big problem:
[Quoted] We have Developer Forms Runtime client running several forms (via OPEN_FORM) [Quoted] When a user invokes Execute_Query second time after the form was opened an error appears:
ORA-03113 End-of-file on communication channel. The same condition arises when closing one of opened forms. Everything works fine before we transferred our DB server software and data [Quoted] from one box to another:

Recent:
Server: Oracle 8.0.4 Ent on NT 4.0 SP4, DELL PowerEdge 6100
Client: Developer Forms Runtime 6.0 (production and with patch 4) on NT 4.0

Current:
[Quoted] Server: Oracle 8.0.4 Ent on NT 4.0 SP6a, DELL PowerEdge 4300 Oracle installations are identical.

BTW, the same we had got into the same problem when trying to migrate to Oracle 8.1.5.
