Forms Server 6.0+ with Jinitiator will run with IE4 and above, NS4 and above and via Appletviewer

Forms Server 6.0+ without Jinitiator will run in the native JVM of IE5 + Patch 1

It also 'runs', though is not supported in the Apple MRJ, Sun's Java Plugin and the Linux Blackdown port
