Basically the Oracle Designer 6 or earlier versions with the Objects Extension is able to do that (although there are severe limitations to the level of UML implemented in these versions). I have not seen the upcoming 6i version of the Designer yet, but as the "version name" implies, I hope for a more thorough implementation in this version.
IMO, Rational Rose 2000 is currently the way to go if you want what I think you are...
